When we’re short on time, it can be tempting to pick up dinner out somewhere, but there’s no need to sacrifice your health or your goals when you can whip up a healthy dinner in 30 minutes or less! This side dish would be delicious along with steak, fish, chicken, or your favorite protein and salad!
Ingredients
- 1 lb pack fresh organic spinach
- 3-4 tbsp Kasandrinos extra virgin olive oil
- 3-4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Add olive oil to large saute pan & heat on medium heat/flame
- Add in spinach and garlic
- Stir
- Squeeze some lemon over spinach and stir
- When spinach begins to wilt, squeeze the remainder of lemon onto it
- Spinach is done when completely wilted and darker in color
