Ingredients

fresh organic spinach

Kasandrinos extra virgin olive oil

large
garlic cloves, minced
1/2
lemon
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Add olive oil to large saute pan & heat on medium heat/flame
Add in spinach and garlic
Stir
Squeeze some lemon over spinach and stir
When spinach begins to wilt, squeeze the remainder of lemon onto it
Spinach is done when completely wilted and darker in color
