It’s that time of year again! I did a post last year, called Paleo-Friendly Gift Ideas For The Holidays, and figured I’d do a new one every year.

Need some holiday gift ideas for the health-conscious people in your life? I’ve got you covered.

non food gifts

  1. Garmin vivofit 2: This is a great gift for anyone who is trying to move more. It alerts you if you’ve been inactive for an hour and flashes to alert you to get up and take a walk every 15 minutes. Humans are designed to move, but in today’s modern society we’re always sitting at a desk, sitting in the car, sitting on the train, sitting on the couch, etc. The vivofit 2 reminds you to get moving and monitors your heart rate.

2. Venum Challenger 2.0 Boxing Gloves: Boxing is a great workout & it helps you out if you ever need to defend yourself. It’s also the perfect workout for when you need to get some aggression out. I actually own Everlast boxing gloves, but sometimes I forget to bring them when I meet my trainer so I borrow his Venum’s and I actually like them better than mine. Know someone interested in boxing? Get them some boxing gloves this year!

3. Ab WheelGive the gift of comfort – the comfort of exercising from home that is! Strengthen your core with the simple exercise of the ab wheel. I first used an ab wheel with my trainer and my abs were buuurning! I know I would love this as a gift 😉

4. iPhone EMF Radiation Case: This cell phone case blocks radiation without effecting signal quality! I would love love love this as a gift – too bad I don’t have an iPhone anymore. If anyone finds this for the Samsung Galaxy S6, please get it for me for Christmas 😉 This is the perfect gift for any health-conscious person in your life!

5. Workout Pants: Cute workout clothes are a great motivation to get your butt moving & head to the gym. Get some cute exercise pants for the gym-goer in your life! When you look good, you feel good. Give the gift of confidence & motivation with stylish exercise pants.

6. Kitchen Aid Spiralizer: This is the perfect gift for the clean-eating chef in your life! With this gift, any vegetable can easily be turned into veggie noodles.

7. Auric Blends Perfume Oil: This roll-on perfume is awesome! The scent lasts super long and it’s pretty strong. My favorite scent is Moonlight. Every time I wear it so many people come up to me and tell me that I smell amazing. I have a perfume obsession, and I must say this is my all time favorite and it’s super cheap! Give the gift of sex appeal with this perfume oil!

8. Chemex Coffee Maker: This is the coffee maker that I use and I love it! I really can taste the difference in my coffee when it’s brewed with this coffee maker – and it’s sooo delicious! It’s easy to use, but it is fragile (I’m actually on my second one now because my dad accidentally broke the first one), so be careful! It’s a drip coffeemaker, so it does take some time for the coffee to brew, but it’s totally worth it. I have the one with the glass handle, which is cheaper than the one pictured.

9. Swannies Blue Blocking Glasses: Do you have someone in your life who has trouble sleeping and spends a lot of time on the computer and/or watching tv? These blue light blocking glasses would be a great gift for them! Everyone knows good quality sleep is essential for good health, but did you know that the light from electronics can disrupt sleep and cause insomnia? Since these days it’s unrealistic to avoid electronics, these blue light blocking glasses are the perfect solution!

10. Berkey Portable Water Filter: Give the gift of clean, delicious water! Clean drinking water is essential for good health. With this portable water filter, any water can be transformed into healthy, clean water!

Food-Supplement Gifts-

  1. Whole Food Vitamin C Spray: Vitamin C is a micronutrient essential for good health and easily damaged by heat. Taking a vitamin C supplement is a good idea, especially in the winter when we are more susceptible to getting sick. Vitamin C is also great for our skin. When supplementing with vitamin C, you want a whole food supplement (as shown below), not ascorbic acid. Our bodies absorb supplements best when they are in liquid form, so your health-conscious gift-recipient will appreciate this one.

2. Natural Calm Magnesium: Magnesium is the most common mineral deficiency. Our body uses magnesium for so many processes and it’s easily depleted when we eat sugar. It takes 54 molecules of magnesium to process 1 molecule of sugar. There are many signs of magnesium deficiency, including: PMS, loss of appetite, nausea, twitches, cramps, muscle soreness, back pain, neck pain, chest tightness, difficulty swallowing & taking deep breaths, sensitivity to light & noise, anxiety, insomnia, salt cravings, chocolate cravings, and breast tenderness. This delicious beverage restores magnesium levels and relieves stress.

3. Cafe Altura Organic Coffee: This gift would go great along with the Chemex coffee maker. Coffee is one of the crops that is most heavily sprayed with pesticides. If you’re going to drink coffee (I definitely am), organic is the way to go.

4. Go Lo Dark Hazelnut Spread: This gift is perfect for the health-conscious person who misses Nutella! It’s a sugar-free chocolate hazelnut spread. Yum!

5. Coffee ++ Paleo Butter Coffee Creamer: This is another gift that pairs well with the coffee and/or coffee maker. Butter coffee is all the rage in the paleo community. This is a grass-fed ghee & MCT oil blend for an added boost in mental clarity! coffee ++

6.  Simple Mills Sampler Pack: These are paleo-friendly baking mixes. This is a great gift for someone who is gluten-intolerant but misses bread and baked goods! The sample pack comes with Chocolate Muffin & Cake mix, Artisan Bread mix, and Chocolate Chip Cookie mix.

7. Simple Mills Variety Pack: These are more paleo-friendly baking mixes. This is a great addition to the mixes above. This pack includes Pancake & Waffle mix, Pizza Crust mix, and Vanilla Cake mix.

8. Paleo Mayo & Bone Broth: In the paleo world, mayo & bone broth were typically always homemade from scratch. Since paleo has been growing in popularity, there are now high quality products available for purchase. Even though mayo & bone broth are both super easy to make at home, it’s nice to have some on-hand when you need some in a pinch. This is a great gift for the health-conscious person who wants to spend less time in the kitchen!

9. Steve’s Paleo Goods Dressings & Sauces: This is another great gift to help save time in the kitchen! This pack comes with Steak Sauce, Tomato Balsamic Dressing, Caesar Dressing, Maple Mustard Sauce, Ketchup, and Lemon Herb Tomato Sauce.

10. Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides:I put this in my coffee every morning. It’s a supplement protein powder. I also add it to my post-workout shakes. It’s known as an anti-aging supplement, and my skin really has gotten so much better since I started incorporating this into my diet! I would love to get this as a gift considering how quickly I go through the containers…
