This recipe is so simple, yet so delicious – and also packs a nutritious punch. The coconut milk yogurt contains MCTs, a healthy source of fat, and probiotics. While the orange juice is a great source of vitamin C and potassium.
Ingredients
- 1 5.4 oz container coconut milk or almond milk vanilla yogurt
- 8 oz cold pressed organic orange juice
- 1 probiotic capsule (cut open & poured in)
- 5 ice cubes

- Add all ingredients to blender and blend for 1.5 minutes
- Serve immediately
