Nothing like pumpkin spice to perk you up during a pandemic, amirite?!
While it’s still hot outside, I like to start indulging in Pumpkin Spice everyyyything once it hits September, so I decided to make a Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew, instead of hot coffee like I usually do!
Ingredients
- 6 oz Organic Cold Brew Coffee, Black
- 6 oz Organic Unsweetened Cashew Milk (Malk, Elmhurst, or homemade preferred)
- 1-2 tsp Organic Coconut Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Organic Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 scoop Grass Fed Collagen Powder (optional)
- 5 ice cubes
Servings:
Instructions
- Add cold brew, cashew milk, coconut sugar, pumpkin spice, and collagen (if using) to a blender
- Blend for 15 seconds
- Pour into cup
- Add ice cubes
- Enjoy!
