I recently had my Beautycounter launch party, where I had made cheese and cracker platters. I also added apricot jam, which was a huge hit. It really was so delicious added to the cheese and crackers. So, I decided to try adding jam to another savory dish – a turkey & cheese sandwich! The subtle taste of grape in the background really turns this ordinary turkey sandwich into a gourmet lunch! Don’t knock it until you try it 😉

Ingredients
- 1 slice bread (sourdough, gluten free, or grain free)
- 1 tbsp organic grape jam
- 1 handful organic arugula
- 1 thin slice red onion
- 3-4 slices organic turkey
- 2 slices organic, grass-fed muenster cheese (provolone or swiss)
- sprinkle Primal Palette Meat & Potatoes seasoning
Servings: sandwich
Instructions
- Place slice of bread on dish
- Spread grape jam on slice of bread
- Top with arugula
- Add red onion on top
- Next, add the turkey slices
- Then, add the slice of cheese
- Sprinkle with Meat & Potatoes seasoning
- Eat!
