Before I became paleo I never ate eggs; I hated them. I started incorporating them into my diet as part of my paleo lifestyle. At first, I always had to “mask” the egg taste with ketchup and bacon. I gave up ketchup for a while, but I didn’t want to give up eggs, so I had to figure out a way to make them more palatable for me. This scrambled egg recipe is delicious! Egg haters like me now have a way to enjoy them! This is super easy to make and full of nutrition!

Ingredients:
3 pastured eggs
1-2 tsp grass-fed ghee or butter
1/4 – 1/2 tsp turmeric (the more the better in my opinion)
1/4 tsp onion powder
salt & pepper, to taste
Procedure:
1. Crack open eggs into a bowl
2. Add all the spices
3. Whisk together with a fork
4. Heat up the ghee/butter in a pan on medium heat
5. Pour eggs into the pan and let cook a little
6. Mix around in the pan to scramble the eggs more
7. Cook until done to your preference
