maple dijon pork roast

This recipe is super easy and great for chilly fall and winter nights. It’s very convenient for making before you head off for work since there is no chopping involved, just mix the marinade together, pour it on the pork and you’re good to go! It has great flavor and is perfect for those who are just starting to cook. There really is no skill involved. I’m a big fan of lazy meals like this. It doesn’t take up too much of your time in the morning and it’s ready for you when you get home from work. It has a great flavor that goes well with the pork. It’s strict paleo and would go over well with your non-paleo guests.
