Red Velvet Fudge
Ingredients

coconut oil
melted

cup
Youfreshnaturals Red Velvet Cashew Coconut Butter
1/2
cup
maple syrup

tbsp
grass-fed butter or ghee
melted
2
tbsp
unsweetened cocoa powder
1
tsp
vanilla extract
3
tsp
beet juice
(to give red color)
pinch of
salt
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix well
Be careful not to leave food processor running too long or mixture will become clumpy
Pour into a breadpan and place in freezer
After 10-15 minutes, remove from freezer and cut into pieces
The leftover fudge can be stored in the refrigerator
