Cappello’s fettuccine

organic boneless chicken breasts
cut into chunks

grass-fed butter or ghee

Flavorgod Garlic Lover’s seasoning

Kasandrinos extra virgin olive oil

garlic cloves

cashew milk

cassava flour

nutritional yeast

Instructions
Heat up olive oil in a large skillet, over medium heat
Add in garlic and saute until fragrant
Stir in cassava flour for about a minute, until it’s thick
Slowly pour in cashew milk
Add salt, pepper, oregano, and nutmeg. Stir until creamy and thick (let it bubble)
Turn off heat and stir in nutritional yeast
Set aside sauce
Heat up butter or ghee in a skillet, over medium heat, and add in the chunks of chicken
Season with Flavorgod and mix everything around
Cook Cappello’s fettuccine according to instructions, or use paleocupboard.com’s paleo pasta
Add fettuccine to pan with chicken
Pour sauce over fettuccine and chicken and mix everything together
