Fettuccine with Cheesy Meat Sauce
  1. Heat up a large skillet and add 1 tbsp bacon fat
  2. Add in onion and peppers and mix around in pan.
  3. Saute until al-dente
  4. Add in ground beef and break up
  5. Add in garlic powder, onion, powder, salt and pepper and mix together
  6. In a separate sauce pan add in 1 tbsp bacon fat with tapioca flour and mix together
  7. Add in beef broth and bring to a boil
  8. Stir and turn off burner
  9. Bring another pot of water to a boil and add in the fettuccine
  10. Cook for 60-90 seconds and drain
  11. Add fettuccine to beef mixture and mix together
  12. Add in gravy and cheese and stir until cheese is melted
