Fettuccine with Cheesy Meat Sauce
Ingredients

Cappello’s fettuccine
(or paleocupboard.com pasta recipe)

lb
grass-fed ground beef
2
cups
beef broth
1
yellow onion
chopped
2
tbsp
bacon fat
separated
1
tsp
tapioca flour
3/4
cup
grass-fed gouda cheese
shredded
1
red and green pepper
chopped
2
tsp
garlic powder
separated
1/2
tsp
onion powder
Instructions
Heat up a large skillet and add 1 tbsp bacon fat
Add in onion and peppers and mix around in pan.
Saute until al-dente
Add in ground beef and break up
Add in garlic powder, onion, powder, salt and pepper and mix together
In a separate sauce pan add in 1 tbsp bacon fat with tapioca flour and mix together
Add in beef broth and bring to a boil
Stir and turn off burner
Bring another pot of water to a boil and add in the fettuccine
Cook for 60-90 seconds and drain
Add fettuccine to beef mixture and mix together
Add in gravy and cheese and stir until cheese is melted
