Open-Face Turkey Sandwich

I recently had my Beautycounter launch party, where I had made cheese and cracker platters. I also added apricot jam, which was a huge hit. It really was so delicious added to the cheese and crackers. So, I decided to try adding jam to another savory dish – a turkey & cheese sandwich! The subtle taste of grape in the background really turns this ordinary turkey sandwich into a gourmet lunch! Don’t knock it until you try it 😉

Ingredients
Servings: sandwich
Instructions
  1. Place slice of bread on dish
  2. Spread grape jam on slice of bread
  3. Top with arugula
  4. Add red onion on top
  5. Next, add the turkey slices
  6. Then, add the slice of cheese
  7. Sprinkle with Meat & Potatoes seasoning
  8. Eat!
