It’s that time of year again! The holidays are here and it’s time to start getting gifts for the people in your life. Need some help coming up with a great gift idea for the paleo foodie in your life? You’ve come to the right place! I’ve compiled a list of what I think are great, non-food and food, gift ideas for the paleo foodie in your life.
Non-Food Gifts:
1. Yoga Mat – Yoga is great for your health, your body, and your mind. Many people who live a paleo lifestyle incorporate yoga into their exercise routine. A yoga mat is great for someone who does yoga regularly or to get someone started on trying it out! Namaste 🙂
2. Primal Pit Paste Deodorant- This deodorant is aluminum-free and actually works! Most of the aluminum-free deodorants you find in stores do not work (I know this from experience) but this one actually works better than any deodorant I’ve ever used in my life. Seriously. This would be a great gift, hopefully they won’t think you’re calling them smelly haha.
3. Cross Training WOD Bible- CrossFit is very popular in the paleo community. I personally don’t do CrossFit, but the reviews for this book were very good and I would like this as a gift for myself to learn how to properly do workouts. This would be great for people just getting into exercising, as well as people looking to up the intensity of their workouts.
4. Soy Candles- Regular candles have many harmful chemicals in them that contaminate the air when they are lit. Soy candles are a great alternative for the health conscious candle lover!
5. Organic Skincare- Commercial skincare products are FULL of harmful chemicals. Many people in the paleo community don’t want to use products with harmful chemicals in them. This book has recipes to make your own skincare products. This is great because you actually know what you are putting on your skin. You can also find organic skincare products and give them that along with the book.
6. Sketcher’s Memory Foam Sneakers- Imagine how great it would be to be walking around on memory foam. These sneakers have a memory foam inside! Hint, hint I would really love someone to get me these as a gift (in any of the pink or purple colors). Anyone you get this gift for will be forever thankful. Comfortable feet is a wonderful thing.
7. Crockpot Lunch Crock Food Warmer- This is a great gift for those people who are skeptical about using microwaves. They can leave the crockpot at their job and bring the bowl to and from to transport the food. They then will put their lunch on the crockpot when they get to work and it’ll be ready for them at lunch time!

Cappello’s: Primal Palate’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough- I know this cookie dough is a bit pricey, especially if you’re getting it shipped, but let me say this: this is the greatest cookie dough ever. Take notes, you cannot go wrong with this one. There’s no doubt in my mind that the receiver of this cookie dough will be forever grateful to you. It’s shocking to believe that this cookie dough is paleo. It tastes too good to be true, but it’s not!
