Spicy Carrots

  This recipe is very simple and easy to make. It’s a nice, spicy side dish to go along with a dish of your choice. The carrots can take about 45 minutes to roast in the oven, so it’s not super fast, but not too long either (plus, it’s mostly downtime in the oven, so you can cook the rest of the meal while the carrots are roasting).
