Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat your grill to medium/high heat
  2. Place your salmon on a dish and rub the maple syrup all over it with your (clean!) fingers
  3. In a bowl, mix together the dijon mustard and minced garlic cloves
  4. Pour on top of salmon and rub in with your fingers
  5. Carefully shake the dill over the salmon, so it is all covered
  6. Add salt and pepper
  7. Place your soaked cedar planks on your pre-heated grill, close the top
  8. After 3 minutes, flip the cedar planks over and place your marinated salmon on top. (If your salmon is big like mine, you’ll want to cut it in half and place one half on each cedar plank- don’t do it how I did in the picture unless you’re up for the challenge of getting it off the grill)
  9. Close lid of your grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, depending on how well done you like your fish
