Pumpkin Spice Coffee
Before I became paleo I was obsessed with Pumpkin Lattes from Dunkin Donuts & Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks. I always looked forward to fall and enjoying the specialty coffees. Now that I know those lattes are full of junk, I make my own. I personally don’t put the maple syrup in because I enjoy it fine without the sweetener. This coffee is my favorite part of the morning!
2 cups brewed black organic coffee
2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen
1 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 tsp grass-fed brown butter (or regular grass-fed butter or ghee)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1. Put coconut oil, brown butter, and collagen in blender
2. Pour coffee into blender
3. Pour in vanilla extract, maple syrup (if using), & pumpkin pie spice
4. Blend for 30 seconds, pour & enjoy!
